The agreement that governs your use of HiringX, our AI-powered recruitment and interview platform.
01Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and HiringX ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, signing in, participating in or administering an interview simulation, or using HiringX in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02The service
What we provide
- AI-guided mock and real interview simulations.
- AI-driven resume parser and ATS compatibility analyzer.
- Recruiter management dashboards for tracking candidate scores and review statistics.
Availability
- The service is provided on an as-available basis.
- We aim for high stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion.
03Your content & model training
You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit to HiringX (including resumes, cover letters, and interview textual responses).
You grant HiringX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, and analyze your content and session data in order to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, and to evaluate interviews through our AI models. This license ends when your content is deleted.
AI Model Training:
We may use de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated platform data (which cannot be reasonably linked back to you or any individual) to train, tune, and improve our machine learning algorithms. We do not use candidates' personal data or private customer data to train third-party foundation models without consent.
You represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload all content you provide to the platform.
04AI interviews & assessments
HiringX operates AI-driven conversational mock and real interview environments.
- No Server Recording of Video/Audio: While the platform requests local device access to show your live preview on your screen and transcribes your microphone input via client-side Speech Recognition, no raw audio or video files are recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers. Only textual conversational transcripts are saved.
- Advisory Nature: AI-generated insights, scores, performance metrics (such as grammatical accuracy and delays), and suggestions are automated recommendations. They are probabilistic and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions.
- Responsibility: The final employment and evaluation decisions remain solely the responsibility of the human recruiters or administrators. HiringX is not responsible for any recruitment outcomes.
05Your responsibilities
Account security
- Keep your account credentials confidential and your details accurate.
- Tell us promptly about any unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Use HiringX in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Do not bypass security measures, usage limits, or authentication.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the service.
06Prohibited uses
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the platform to conduct or facilitate discriminatory recruitment practices.
- For candidates: Attempting to cheat, feed simulated inputs, use script injectors, or impersonate other individuals during the interview simulation.
- Attacking, probing, or disrupting our servers or infrastructure.
- Distributing malware, spyware, or harmful code.
- Collecting other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
07Plans and trial phase
Trial Status & Mock Pricing
HiringX is currently in a mock/trial phase. While premium subscription tiers are displayed on the pricing dashboard, the Service does not process credit cards or execute live billing transactions. Plan upgrades result in mock subscriptions for demo purposes.
Available Plan Tiers (Mock)
- Starter: $0 / ₹0 per month (Basic AI simulation, 5 questions/session, email support).
- Student: $5 / ₹415 per month (Advanced feedback, 100 sessions/mo, basic ATS analysis).
- Pro: $15 / ₹1,245 per month (Unlimited sessions, advanced scoring, priority support).
- Enterprise: $50 / ₹4,150 per month (Bulk assessments, team dashboards, scheduling automation).
08Intellectual property
HiringX and its original content, features, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to the resumes and personal profiles you upload.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HiringX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your access to or use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
13Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, or if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
14Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
